1. An accurate quote can only be ­provided in-salon by your hairdresser.­
Complimentary consultations are available for all services.

2. Franck Provost hairdressers are ranked according to their level of ­seniority.
This is determined by ­training and ­practical experience, which is reflected in our pricing structure.

3. All appointments require a security deposit to be confirmed, whether they are booked online, over the phone or in-salon.

4. As part of our service, a confirmation SMS is sent to every client 48 hours prior to the appointment.
Franck Provost salons reserve the right to cancel a non-confirmed ­appointment.

5. Your satisfaction is our ultimate priority. If you did not get what you requested, please get your hair assessed within 7 days and we will schedule a complimentary hair assessment.

6. Changes to the appointment time or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours
prior to the actual appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.

7. A grace period of 15 min applies. If you are later than 15min, we reserve the right to retain your deposit.

8. A $10 surcharge applies to blow-dries and quick-dries on weekends and Public Holidays.

9. Whilst every care is taken with your personal belongings left inside the salon, please note that they are left entirely at your own risk. We do not cover any damage on personal belongings.

10. Franck Provost salons don’t accept returns or exchanges on opened hair products, tools and devices.

11. Franck Provost salons are cashless and a 1% surcharge applies for these types of transactions: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay. No surcharge applies on Franck Provost gift vouchers, cheque and Zip Pay transactions.
